Curly hair, whether natural or permed, requires special care and skill. Onita Luisi is a recognized master of curly hair. She has received extensive training in this area and has been specializing in the art of straightening hair for over 20 years, and is a certified Devacurl specialist.
What is in the Devacurl System? The answer is what's NOT in the Devacurl system. Devacurl took the "POO" out of shampoo (the harsh lathering and dehydrating detergent found in most shampoos. They also removed unnecessary chemicals that often play on hair's vulnerability. Devacurl added extra moisturizing ingredients that cleanse as well as re-hydrated the hair. All Devacurl products contain a unique blend of humectants and moisturizers that provide more moisture than any existing products on the market. Each product has its own unique additional ingredients that enhance the overall quality of dehydrated hair. Plus, the Devacurl system is also recommended for chemically straightened hair or permanent waves.
